Der Standard sees large increase in readership

Contrary to the trend, readership figures for the publication have now increased, with the title now reaching 6% of the population.
The combination of knowing what interests the reader and status as a trusted source of information is vital in increasing readership figures. Daily newspaper Der Standard has managed to achieve this balance – despite Austria’s nationwide decline in print media, Der Standard has increased its readership by 9%.
Alongside this, by developing and creating a user-friendly and engaging mobile site, numbers of digital readers are also increasing steadily month on month.
